When I first saw the title of this song I thought it was going to be about the famous Hokkaido dish, but nope, this is actually a Japanese cover of a song by a late 70s/early 80s German pop group called Dschinghis Khan. They also did a song called Moscow for the 1980 Moscow Olympics, which I really recommend looking for on YouTube, as it’s really catchy. :D
