Hanawa
This is a piss-take by a Japanese comedian about the area of Japan where I am living. Our teacher played it to us in one the compulsory Japanese classes for new JETs, and I couldn't resist translating it for my webbie. Enjoy! :D

*Japanese kids in big cities wear fluorescent tape on their bike helmets so cars can see them in the dark
**There’s a huge gyuudon chain in Japan called Yoshinoya, which is widely recognised by its orange signs. And so basically what this guy is saying is that since Saga is so deserted, Yoshinoya won’t go near it, so they have to do their own rip-off version. It’s like saying “It’s got the Golden Arches but it’s called McDougals.”
***Coconut jelly dessert that was popular 10 years ago and apparently screams “90s”
